SHIPPING 

On most occasions plain and patterned robes can be shipped out the next business day.

Personalised items - robes, boxers, sashes, bags can take 5-10 days to be dispatched.

We prefer to use courier rather than Australia Post.


Shipping within Australia

Most items will be shipped via courier where i can, from dispatch, delivery can take up to one week.

In the event of lost items

As all items are trackable and an inquiry with be lodged with the postal/courier service, who will assist in locating your items. In the event that the item can not be found, a refund will not be given until i have received a refund from the carrier.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that your address is accurate. I hold no responsibility or accountability if you fail to give me the correct address.

If your item is delivered and signed for at your address it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve the issue.

If an item is returned to me, it is the buyers responsibility to repay the postage for re delivery

International postage.
All international shipping is shipped via DHL either DHL express or DHL global mail

Large orders over $100 will be shipped by express, delivery is approx 5-8 days post dispatch
